Studio: What we do
Our studio is a lovely, open space with windows at both ends; the natural light enhances the overall feeling of airiness, calmness, freedom and tranquillity. There are always plants and flowers in the studio to complement the feeling of welcome, of nature, of peacefulness and a place that is loved and cared for.
The studio is equally suited to classes such as Pilates, Yoga and T’ai Chi as it is to dance, including ballet, street, modern, American Tribal Style, ballroom and Zumba and to other exercise classes such as core stability, martial arts, postural management and aesthetic weightlifting. It is also used for workshops, teaching, courses, therapies and networking.
We are delighted to have put together a regular programme of classes featuring Pilates, Yoga, T’ai Chi, Core Stability, Postural Management, Zumba and Aesthetic Weightlifting. Every class is run by a fully qualified teacher who is dedicated to their subject and to ensuring all of their clients derive the maximum physical, mental and emotional benefit from their attendance.
In addition, we are thrilled to host to classes run by the Amanda Alder Dance Academy on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Genres taught are Ballet from Baby to Grade 3 and Street for minis and juniors and Academy classes for pupils by invitation only.
It is available for hire for single events, through to regular weekly bookings for all of the purposes mentioned above and any other suitable activities. Please refer to our Room Hire section for more information.
