What is Ante and Post-natal Pilates?
Ante and post-natal Pilates is based on pilates-style exercises specifically adapted with regards to the physiological, biomechanical and postural changes during the childbearing year. Every client is treated as an individual to ensure they achieve their goals while exercising safely. Babies who aren’t yet mobile are very welcome in these classes.
If required, we also offer individual sessions that will prepare you for safe attendance at group classes.
About your instructor
She is a tremendously experienced Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist who recently spent 3 years as Co-Editor of the Technical Journal of the Association of Physiotherapists in Women’s Health and has 4 children of her own. You will also notice she is in great shape.
